In-home Support

Overnight: $40/hr

Does the thought of adding a newborn to the family seem overwhelming? For most people, that answer is yes. Whether it's your first or fourth child, learning to navigate your "new normal" can take some time. If you're looking for:

  • Support navigating strong emotions after birth

  • Help managing those pesky household tasks like laundry or meal prep

  • Answers to questions about how to care for a newborn

  • Uniterrupted sleep at night

Postpartum support might be the right fit for you. I offer daytime and nighttime support for newborns and infants up to 4 months of age.

Healthy Sleep Habits Program

$200

This newborn program is designed to help you understand the changes your little one will be going through as they hit big milestones over their first 12 weeks. This package also includes a comprehensive written guide and two 1-hr video calls to answer any questions you may have. Some topics this program inlcude are:

  • Age-appropriate sleep expectations

  • Managing high-needs newborns

  • Debunking common sleep myths

  • Addressing sleep associations

  • Exploring newborn-safe sleep training methods

  • Introducing bottles & night weaning

  • Daily schedules and routines

  • Sleep associations and how to avoid them

  • Independent sleep & self-regulation

  • Transitioning out of a swaddle and much more

Virtual Support

$50 - 2hr session

If you have a strong in-person support system, or hands-on friends that are giving you opportunities for rest, this may be the service for you! Virtual support allows you to chat with a professional in infant care to discuss topics with up-to-date evidence-based information. Some topics we could discuss virtually are:

  • Understanding newborn cues

  • Soothing techniques & breastfeeding positions 

  • Pumping

  • Baby-wearing

  • Product recommendations and more.

Virtual Sleep Training

$300

​Virtual sleep training support will include:

  • a 1-hour intake call to discuss needs and sleep goals. 

  • a comprehensive and personalized sleep plan that covers my suggested sleep training method and a daily schedule. 

  • a daily schedule and sleep tracker

  • four 1-hour phone calls to be used within the  2-week sleep training period. 

This option may be for you if you have an interest in sleep training but feel overwhelmed with the plethora of sleep training guides available online, if you have tried sleep training previously with no success, or if you need support staying consistent. This is not an option for families looking for a "quick sleep fix". Sleep training requires time, consistency, and dedication.

To get the most out of this package, infants under 16 weeks are not recommended. Clearance from your pediatrician for sleep training is required. 

Sleep Foundations

$4,000

This 16-week package combines in-home postpartum support and personalized sleep support. My in-person support will consist of a total of 10 overnight visits where I will continue to support you in the early stages of postpartum. Towards the end of the 16 weeks, I will create and implement a personalized sleep plan for your little one as they mature. Some things you can expect from this package are: ​

  • Discussing feeding plans for returning to work

  • Introducing bottles & night weaning

  • Daily schedules and routines

  • Sleep associations and how to avoid them

  • Independent sleep & self-regulation

  • Transitioning out of a swaddle and much more.

To get the most out of this package, Starting within the first 2 weeks of birth is reccommended.

In-home Sleep Training

$5,000

This 2-week package includes everything from the virtual sleep training package, in addition to 10 in-home 12-hour overnight visits. ​

  • Shifts will begin before bedtime to help guide you through your bedtime routine. 

  • I will primarily be responsible for carrying out the chosen sleep training method throughout the night, but will require your presence until 10 pm to familiarize you with the process. 

  • Shifts will be conducted back to back each week, 5 nights Monday-Friday with 2 rest days. 

To get the most out of this package, infants under 16 weeks are not recommended. Clearance from your pediatrician for sleep training is required.
